I can count

When the census people come to my door, I will give them the count. All the other questions are too difficult for me. I went to public school. I read where they will ask you if you have food stamps. Well, we put stamps on our letters, we don't eat them. So I really don't understand why they would ask such a foolish question.

  1. Now Pete, I really don't know how to take you on this one. Are you being serious? Of course no one eats their stamps. They are talking about the "food stamps" that the government gives the lazy won't work people so they can get free food from the store. Of course your taxes and mine pay for that, and it encourages them to remain lazy.
Now why they would ask in the census who gets food stamps is silly, they already know.

  2. I may be a yellow dog democrat from the iron range, but what gets my blood boiling is the lazy do nothing that gets a free meal and won't work for it. I say hand them a broom and make them sweep the streets if they want government assistance.

This time I am with you boys.

  3. Now just wait a minute. We can't force those who have come across hard times to risk loss of self esteem by having to sweep streets and thereby have all in their neighborhood see they are receiving care and kindness from Social Services.

Sorry gentlemen, I just don't agree with you. Now excuse me as I go back to watching Robert Schuller, what a great speaker. After that I will listen to Joel Osteen, these men make me feel so good about myself.

  4. Hey Larry.
Schuller and Osteen are a couple of spiritual fakes. To believe what they say will land you in hell at the end of this life. Maybe you ought to read the Bible, it says, "if any will not work, neither should he eat". So the government is doing wrong by handing out food to lazy do nothings and not making them do something for it.

  5. Robert Schuller showed his complete ignorance of the scriptures last week when he appointed his daughter Sheila Schuller Coleman as head of the Crystal Cathedral. Of course what they have is not a New Testament Church, and therefore it really doesn't matter what they do, but it does go against the scriptures which tell us plainly that a woman is not to usurp authority over a man. But since Schuller denies the existence of a literal fiery hell, we wouldn't expect him to follow the Bible in anything.

  6. See if I ever post again here with all you hate filled bigots. You claim to be Christians, but all you do is attack. If there was a hate crime law passed, I would report this blog immediately. You folks don't deserve to be free in society. And of course I am proud to admit I voted for Comrade Obama.
